Someone with the preference difference likes to have variety in tasks/projects .With this preference somebody is always looking for new challenges and differences in a project Having this preference strongly means it is possible that someone will often want to change roles in a job or a job altogether. They are for example real job-hoppers. Someone with this preference will notice differences or mistakes in projects.
